Imo, both Smoltz and Glavine belong in the HoF, so I find this discussion about which is better to be irrelevant. However, I would take Smoltz, precisely for the longevity that Glavine missed. Short-term dominance is great, but there's something to be said for being able to go out there year after year and produce at a consistently good level for decades.

I'm not a huge hater of Coletti, it seems like he's done an ok job, all things considered.
