I don't think this is true at all. Isn't there series standings? Its a point race for the season. Sure 1st gets more points than say 2nd and so on and the individual races only have one 1st place but I don't think thats really the way races are scored.
I think it does. IMO I think its ok for guys to bet on their team to win. Imagine if Rex Ryan with all his win guarantees had to "put his money where is mouth is." Obviously the real issue though is if someone is betting on their team to lose. The implications of how much of an issue this would be a pretty plain to see.
You are questioning my belief system and my ability to logically process information. That is a tad frustrating and a bit annoying. I know your intent is not to upset me though. It's to convince me to vote for you.
If someone stated a fact to me about themselves then I would have to refer back to my prior comment. I tend to take people's word on its face value unless I have more than mere speculation to think otherwise. If Barry Bonds came to my house and told me he knowingly took steroids to cheat at baseball then I would be forced to believe him.
Also you did not answer my question how do you justify Perry being in and Bonds not.
You either believe him or you don't. You either take a man and his word on face value or you don't.
Yes I do believe him. If you don't then there is no argument here. You will never convince me based solely on speculation as I am sure I will never be able to convince you solely on speculation.
How does one justify Gaylord Perry(a cheater who knew he was cheating) being in and not allowing Bonds in (a cheater that did not know he was doing anything illegal)?
He didn't knowingly cheat. That is his contention. Should pro athletes be more cautious about what they put in their bodies? Absolutely, and if we could find any silver lining in this its that the "steroid era" is a cautionary tale for all of our up and coming young athletes.
Bearing that in mind do you feel that the HoF should exclude the greatest offensive player of all time?
I've never heard about sour grapes when you win. You either support your team or you don't. You don't seem to understand that most of your team is really young. Give them a chance to develop and just be happy they are getting playoff experience now.
Well I'm pretty sure that it was drawing blood that he had an issue with not needles per se but much like the GOP, Fannation has never let a thing like facts get in the way of someone's assinine opininion.
I was thinking of a TD topic Jim. Most underrated weight class in a promotion. I was thinking about the 155 class in Belator. They seem to have some good fighters. That Hawn guy looks tough IMO.
Let me know if you might wanna throwdown on that or any other MMA ones you might have.
I was never really big into TDs but if its a subject I think I got some knowledge on I'd more than be willing to give it a shot.
Ok I will stop by in an hour or so just to check status. I know you will probably not post until Friday morning so no prob DJ. I'll try to post just after you.
GO GSW!

I know there is a "feeling" that Bonds "cheated." Unless he is caught however then it is simply nothing more than a "rumor."
If you feel a "rumor" is enough to keep him out of the HOF than there is no argument here.
It does annoy me however when something like competitive eating is considered a sport. By definition it could be a sport but its not really a sport.
Its not enough to get up in arms about, its just annoying.
What good fun!
I love poker. Try to get out to the casino at least once a weekend. I think its a highly competitive game.
I do NOT think it is a sport however.
A sport (to me) requires the use of large muscle groups and aerobic breathing. Anything else is a really competitive game.
Not choosing sides just giving my opinion....
