Al believes in only one thing.... "win or it's your job". For years he's believed that this team is a playoff team and the coach just can't get them into the playoffs. Well... until he dies these coaches will get a year or 2 and if they don't win, they're out. He liked what he saw from Hue Jackson and feels that's the move..... plus he's saving a butt-load of money by not keeping Tom Cable around.
