Or black people talk in private, or Asian people talk in private, or hispanics talk in private or pretty much anyone who identifies themselves with any "color or racial group" talk in private. Hell, the English and Irish hate each other and they are both white as snow (historically). Look at Africa (or Oakland for that matter) and you have "blacks" killing "blacks" everywhere...is that racist or just human beings continuting to be human beings?

Hitters are close to hitting .300 off of him and he is on pace to walk twice as many batters as last year. I am not saying he is not the ace of the Indian's staff...any team would pay good money for him...but he is off this year. (I don't care what his win/loss numbers are - those are lame stats...we all know that). Then again - perhaps I am spoiled watching T-Link set a pace for another great season....

As for Sanchez...I don't know what to think. I watched the entire game last night and I have never seen his curveball snap so perfectly and so late. It was amazing...and his fastball was consistently in the 95-97 area with good location. Kruk and Kuip showed a comaprison between his delivery from his last game as compared to this game - and the body rotation was completely different. If that was what was causing all his problems...he looks ready to hit the rotation.

From what I have seen he has seriously lost his command. Last year he could locate pitches - now he seems to be having a hard time with it. Also - hitters seem to be keying on that and just waiting for pitches in the zone.

The giants are 10 games over .500 with great pitching and no real hitters. The Indians are 19 games under .500 and they have good hitting with minimal pitching.... The Giants aren't as desperate as they once were for hitting - because they are showing they can win with what they have. The Indians on the other hand can't win to save their lives. When you look at trade possibilities between these two teams you have to wonder who is the more desperate team. There is no way the Giants are going to package all those arms and young bats together for one powerful bat...not right now at least. Not while they are winning.
