I think Jack knows that it is only a matter of time before Tiger passes him. I think that Jack respects Tiger and Tiger respect jack. Four more majors should only take 2 or 3 years. Tiger will still be young and win many more after that.

I agree. Take a coin and flip it. Texas or OU would have and will represent the Big 12 well. Texas will win the Fiesta Bowl. OU will win the BCS game. A rematch is in order!!

The only thing that was certain is a team was going to get screwed by this BCS thing. In this case it ended up being Texas. It was almost settled on the field on Saturday but Baylor blew it at the end. If it had been a 2 way tie instead of 3 way tie then Texas did deserve to go to Big 12 Championship. OU is going to play in the BIG 12 Championship and National Championship because of the BCS. It is too bad that the winner of Alabama/Florida will play in the NC game instead of a rematch between the Sooners and Longhorns.

oops forgot if OU beats TT then TT, Tex and OU would all be 12-1. Texas would still go because of BCS ranking

In your scenario it would be texas in the Big 12 championship game not TT. If TT loses to OU then they will drop in the BCS poll. If there is a tie in the BIG 12 SOuth (TT and Texas both 12-1) then the highest BCS score (texas) would go to Big 12 championship not TT.

Buckeyeboy 9. I think you look at the conference and you see who the Big 12 has played. Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, Missouri, Kansas, and on a given day throw in Nebraska. I think 6 of those teams are in the top 25.

alford I think I would have to disagree. If Alabama loses to Florida I dont think they would jump over Texas. If TT beats OU they would be #1 with a Bama loss and Texas would be #2. Florida would probably be the 1 loss team on the outside looking in.

If TT beats OU this weekend and is undeated they deserve to go to National Championship game. If Texas is a 1 loss team they have to hope Bama loses. If Texas is 12-1 and TT is 13-0 that is the NC game. Texas beat OU during the season so even after we beat Texas Tech this weekend we probably would still be ranked behind Texas. The BCS tiebreaker is highest BCS average. And to think Longhorns and Sooners think alike sometime. SCARY!!

It would have been fun to watch Kyle and Carl battle for title. Last year was exciting to watch Jeff and Jimmy go at it but it got old knowing they would not take each other out. I can see it now Kyle and Carl last lap at Homestead, title on line.................
