I think the point the article is making, is that [B]ALL[/B] of Canada is force-fed the Leafs. This isn't good for anyone outside of Ontario because: 1. The Leafs are really really bad. Who wants bad hockey to be their main option? 2. Chances are, they cheer for the Canucks, Oilers, Sens, Flames, or even American teams over the Leafs.

It would suck to be harassed by a mob of people for an autograph, when all you want to do is go home or eat or relax in peace. However, this dude is at a charity event as a "superstar" or public figure. Its not like there was a mob of people... it was a handful at most. If it was Britney Spears like mobbish I could see him losing his cool, but this was pretty pathetic.

Oduya is definitely a top 4 d-man on almost every team in the league. The problem, is that he is a low light player... as in he doesnt really score any goals (a la Green or Lidstrom) and he isn't physically imposing like Pronger or Chara. He just kinda goes out and does his job with intangibles.
