Scott Drew's strength as a coach is not in the x's and o's. You can ask Baylor fans about that if you believe differently. He's a great recruiter and once he goes after a guy he'll usually get him. There was a story a couple of years ago about how he just wore down a player until he finally committed...lol. Memphis would still get some big-time players to come to town if he gets the job.

I think you read that wrong. I believe that's Randolph questioning why he was brought to New York. It would be funnier though if it was Isiah questioning the move...lol.

I hope each of the folks that passionately state their case here are doing the same thing on other sites regarding real issues like the Iraq war, our huge budget deficit, the broken health care system in the US, the weak dollar, the fact that you probably live near a toxic Superfund Site that can't be cleaned up because the Superfund lacks sufficient funding, or that our current administration is failing on environmental issues that impact places like Houston, TX, which has some of the highest childhood cancer rates in the country. We should all enjoy the fun of sports and save our outrage for what really matters.

As a Skins fan I wasn't too bothered about the score being run up. I was more bothered that not one player on that defense did anything about it. I'd have rather seen Godfrey take out his frustrations on a player instead of talking about it afterwards. (He was right though in what he said to Belicheck.)

My guess is that it'll be the Ravens that retaliate if they run up the score on them. I think the first retaliatory injury will be a Pats defensive linemen hurt on a chop block. Brady would probably be a secondary target.

Good grief...How many more chances can Weatherford possibly get? He's an awful QB who shouldn't be starting for William & Mary, much less the Noles.

To me it looks like FSU's coaches have completely shattered any confidence Xavier Lee might've had left. This is the most inept handling of a QB situation outside of what goes on in South Bend.

I know who he is too. Just about anything that uses Yakety Sax, or better known as the Benny Hill theme song, instantaneously becomes humorous. I'd enjoy seeing a Wade Phillips video set to that song...lol.

Heck someone on Youtube found a way to make the movie 300 funny by speeding up the scenes and using that theme song.

Peter King comes off as a moron with this story. I have a hard time believing that Phillips said that. Just another example, as has been previously stated by other posters, of the media fabricating a story and running with it as though it was the truth.

Bob Knight had it right about these clowns when he said that folks in the media "Chose a profession that's just a step or two above prostitution."
