If Trindon Holliday's best 100 was 10.02 and Demps ran 10.01 at the Olympic Trials, then how exactly did Holliday fare better than Demps at the Trials?

If Demps can build up some upper body strength so that he can break some tackles than he can become amazing. What most people don't know is that Florida has another running back, Chris Rainey, that runs like the wind as well. Everyone knows Percy Harvin, I don't think there is any doubting that UF has 3 of the fastest players in College Football.

That's rich, thugs saying they are going to try and take a player out of the game. If you are going to take someone out of the game, do it by dominating them and stopping them. By saying you are going to try and hurt them, thats just immature and classless.

Are they going to try and take him out like they did in 2006 when Tebow ran all over the "stout" LSU defense and all-american safety Laron Landry? I bet his ears are still ringing from getting ran over by Tebow.

Honestly, I don't feel like arguing your insanely uneducated comments you made here. I would much rather you read my comments from last year when I argued this against the whole nation of Gator haters, it is much easier on me and my fingers.

However, I do find it funny that all "10" of us in Gatornation managed to sell out a stadium that holds 90,000+ for 120th or so consecutive time.

Actually, Florida isn't going to play Alabama unless it is the SEC Championship. In order to get there, they are going to have to get past LSU, Georgia and Vandy (yes I said Vandy, hey they're ranked). If they do happen to beat all those teams and go into the SEC Championship with 1 loss against Alabama (or whoever it may be) and win that game do you honestly think they would be kept out of the NC?

Just because they lost to Ole Miss doesn't mean they have no chance at the NC. If they win out, they will be there....

But on a more serious note, think is a Sports site. Please don't ever pull out the bible card and start quoting scriptures like your some almighty sports almanac.

The fact is that Tebow could probably take his nuts and knock every single one of the players out on your team with one swing.

I love how just because this guy is different than other college players that everyone has to criticize him. I guess instead of being religious he should be agnostic, instead of taking the blame he should blame everyone but himself, then maybe instead of living a good life he should just party, do drugs and get arrested like the players at the "U"

Sorry, not everyone can live up to as high of a standard as colleges such as the "U" implore upon their student athletes.

Maybe, just maybe if Tebow drives drunk, runs over another student, denounces God, throws his O-line and coaches under the bus for every loss and kicks a baby than you guys would like him.

...or maybe not.

All coaches do this, not just Urban Meyer. Anything to make the other team look bad, especially the Bulldogs.

They apologized and were penalized appropriately. Urban does need to let it go.

Look at it from the Bulldogs perspective, they have only won 3 out of the last 18 meetings. It's like if the Lions were to win the superbowl, or hell, even go to the Superbowl. You can't expect them not to celebrate.

I'll give Georgia this one.

System QB? Graham Harrell = System QB, Tommy Chang = System QB
Tebow plays against the toughest defenses in the nation and still passed and ran for at least 20 TDs, get the &%^& off his back.

Tebow is one dimensional - Led SEC in QB rating, 2nd in nation. At least 20TDs in rushing and passing. Among best in nation in yard per pass attempt. Just one response after that......jackass.

Oh yeah, he's a softmore. You guys still have 2 more years to come up with excuses as to why Tebow is doing so well, better start thinking of new ones. Enjoy chasing his showlaces and ironing out his cleat marks in your ****!

Oh yeah... Joseph Addai's longest run is only 23 yards while Fred Taylor's is 80 yards. And he had one for 50 and one for 76. Fred Taylor has had 6 games with runs longer than 23 yards, Joseph Addai's longest of the season.

Joseph Addai - main RB with all the carries (except missed games) and 1019 yds. on 251 attempts with 11 TDs (all goal line carries and 3rd downs)
Fred Taylor - split RB carries with MJD and 1091 yds with 216 attempts. 4 TDs despite getting no goal line carries or 3rd downs.

Joseph Addai - lots of puplicity on the defending champs team in a big market franchise.
Fred Taylor - not much publicity on a team that never gets enough credit in a small market franchise.

That last one is what decided Addai over Taylor. The Pro bowl is a joke.

Who says im using the SEC as a crutch? I see all comments made by YOU ripping FL for 3 losses. I wish they wouldnt have lost 3 times, trust me, but it is what it is. You cant win a NC every year. Our time was last year and hopefully within the next couple years we will be back there. If Hawaii wants to start earning some respect they need to go schedule some tough opponents from tough BCS conferences. Next year I believe they open at FLA which is great for them. If they win that game, which I dont believe they will, that would get them some much needed national attention. If they beat GA that would defenitely open some people's eyes but until they do that, they will never be considered for a NC running undefeated through a weak conference.

I'm not going to blame our 3 losses from playing in the SEC. No matter what conference you play in, you have to win your games to play in the big one. I wouldnt expect FL to be considered for a NC game with 3 losses or any other team to be considered. It is tough to go play tough teams in the SEC sometimes 2 or 3 weeks back 2 back but thats the way it is and we have to live with it. The people that vote realize that and that is why the SEC can get a 1 or 2 loss team into the NC every year as long as there are no other deserving teams. If Hawaii had played Oregon, USC, UCLA, Cal or a team like that from the Pac-10 instead of Washington then we might be having a different debate here right now. But, it is what it is.

whats the toughest team Hawaii has played? Boise State? thats a joke. They barely handled Washington which is a lower-tier Pac-10 team. I would feel confident puting money on almost half the teams in the SEC against them. LSU, GA, TEN, FLA and Auburn would probably wipe the field with these guys. If they had a tough time beating Washington, they would probably have a tough time with Kentucky, Alabama, Vandy and Miss State as well.

Do you honestly think Hawaii could go through the SEC schedule after almost losing to Washington with less than 3 losses. Here in the SEC you dont get very many "breaks" between your tough opponents. Florida playes Tennessee, Mississippi, Auburn, LSU, Kentucky and Georgia in 7 weeks. Thats 5 out 7 weeks with tough opponents. Lets see how Hawaii would fare with that.

At least we know most of the Gators "extra baggage" can probably find starting roles on your teams captain sunshine and jmuss. You guys consider a "system" offense any offense that isnt pro style. I guess you guys will have to come up with some other excuse to Tim Tebow and the Gators' success when most of the NCAA is running the spread. Urban Meyer runs just as many times as he passes. Its not they are throwing 70 times a game.

Trust me though, the Gators arent going to slow down after a couple bench warmers trasfer off the team, we have plenty of guys behind them and plenty of guys coming in next year. You guys will have plenty more years of hatred and jelousy of the Gators, I promiss.

I would love to individualize these comments to all the people that posted dumb uneducated comments about the Gators but I dont have the time or the space. Just know this......

everyone said the same thing about Steve Spurrier's "gimmic" offense when he started at Florida. All the wide receivers, throwing the ball downfield, it would never work. I guess after the 6th SEC championship and 2 nation title appearances with 1 win in 11 years, everyone decided maybe THEY were wrong.
