True. The streak did start after the first few games and went for the first half of the season. At least that team made to the Finals before the league conspired to have the Isles win. I'm not sure the Hawks will get past the Wings after seeing last night's game.

Assuming it's the Pens/Bruins in the ECF, the Pens can beat the Bruins even with a dodgy D, their offense and especially powerplay is just too good. And, the youngsters on the Bruins defense haven't seen anything like Crosby or Malkin yet. However, if the Bruins play them like the Flyers did last year, and they can do that very effectively, the Pens could be in trouble.
