It will never happen. but the perfect trade is: Shockey for Lito, even up. They are both first rounders, both in their prime and both fill a need the other team is looking for..( NO Philly, do not tell me your franchised TE is anything more than average)...Just had to throw it out there. I t will never happen though..

Shockey for Lito ~ You're right it would never happen. I don't think LJ Smith is the answer, but I don't think Shockey is that much of an upgrade over him. We want a receiver or draft picks for Lito, and might look at DE's. I doubt we'd take anything else in return. If there isn't a trade done by this Sunday, I highly doubt there will be one at all, or at least until this time, next year!

Not quite, the only reason I say Gholston is your best bet is that not only is he a solid player, but he'll also accept the least amount of money to be a number one pick. I'd prefer to see Miami take either Long, but I don't think they will be as financially felxible come draft day.

Wow, this guy couldn't crack it in a decent offense with a good deep threat receiver. He definitely won't crack it with a rebuilding franchise.

I think they'd love to trade down, but there aren't any takers out there. Miami is going to be forced to make this pick, and the best option they have at number one is Gholston.

Atlanta needs to go for offensive line or defensive line in the first round. Their success needs to be built at the lines, especially if they are planning to run an offense similar to the Pittsburgh one in Bettis' day.

Second round they should be able to get Brohm or Flacco no problem and have a quarterback worth building the rest of their franchise around. If the Falcons play their cards right this and next year, this team could possibly be playoff bound again by 2009/2010 and for years to come.

Lito Sheppard will be traded no later than draft weekend, to a cornerback needy team (Bengals, Saints, etc...) with draft pickS and in return the Eagles will keep their number 19 pick & get whichever other teams first rounder. The Eagles won't trade for Roy Williams with his contract about to be up, and we won't get Ocho Cinco either, the coaching staff won't take that chance. Fitz and Boldin are out of the picture, who's really left? One possibility that got little mention, and could definitely happen is Torry Holt...
