Cy-Cy:
I hope you can discuss Bama without dreaming of the old Bear Days because I don't think those days will return in the SEC.
Needless to say LSU will be looking to play big against Nick Saban and Alabama. Most Tiger fans look on SAban as a traitor since he sold himself as one of us even when he got in his car to go to the airport to meet the Miami Dolphin owner. Had he gone to Nebraska, Michigan State or any other team out of the SEC no one would really have cared.
But when he turned to take the Alabama job he stuck a stake in the stomach of LSU fans. Alabama is in the west and has always been a big rival. We old time Tiger fans remember how Bama use to gloat over beating LSU during the Bear Days.
However, it is LSU that has had the advantage over Bama since Bear went away, and they have now won 7 out of the last 8 against Bama. Saban will be successful at Bama , No Doubt, but we are hoping Les Miles also has the same success at LSU.
Bama is on a high now, but that will fade early in the game and LSU's talent will rise up. Bama is not quite there yet, so this year it will be the LSU Tigers by 31-10.
