You can't fault Michigan for not winning a BCS title in 97 because THERE WAS NOT BCS title. Yeah LSU is hot now, all thanks to Saban. What were they before Saban? Nothing. Miles is coming to Ann Arbor. Where does that leave you once Saban's recruits are gone? Michigan fans, and as much as I hate them: Ohio State fans, don't need to defend themselves buddy. If you ask anybody who the top 10 programs of all time are nobody would include LSU. Don't worry about what Michigan's doing....worry about who your next coach is going to be.

Bullday LSU is a nice gig. And a couple of more corrections, I am not from the Midwest; I was born an raised between the South/TN and the far West/CA and I love both SEC & PAC 10 football for various reasons. Also, Nick Saban was head coach at Michigan State, not Michigan. Slightly dissapointed you got that one wrong.

Even if Miles leaves, I don't think he is that great anyways. Two losses a year with one usually being a should have won, sounds like Miles will fit in perfect at Michigan.

For the record, Ohio State is 0-8 against the SEC in bowl games.

all i want to say is read the letter to the editor in last weeks sports illistrated, it has a guy comparing lsu and michigan due to the article about the ragin cajan. read that then you will see why michigan fans are prestigous about their team

LSU had let downs like other teams but will be the next national champ. They are the SEC champs and deserve the shot. When the last game is over they will be champs and represent the SEC well; as did Florida last year. Go SEC!

And Congrats to your Tigers on the huge BCS win. I can definately live with having my team knock off the national champs. :)

I have moved and just returned to the site after 3 months off. Are you gearing up for another great year in college football? LSU will still be strong and my dawgs look solid. I think we will play you in the championship. I do think we have the hardest schedule in football next year.

I agree it will be a geat matchup... I played baseball at UGA. Actually I played with DrJ0514. He was my captain a year while I was there... I like LSU and it will be a good game.

I have to say Bullday I must apologize I hadn't logged into this thing in almost a year and apparently you left me a comment about the UA-ULM game last november and I never replied. I actually just read your post and found it to be quite unbiased. I congratulate you on being so open minded to other SEC football teams

UGA will rebound.. DRJ0514 has some good thoughts. Gators will be hard but I think they will still have a great shot at 10 wins. Injuries played a huge role.
