THanks for the blog comment!

The point of doing that blog was to give an analysis, so if you read the analysis, youd know why I think the Giants had a slightly better draft than the Cowboys. Two reasons: Dallas passed on Rashard Mendenhall. While Felix will be good with he role that he plays, he'll never be an everydown franchise starting RB. Rashard Mendenhall has everything it takes to be a franchise RB who gives a team 250-350 carries per season for a good 10-12 years. THe second reason, the Giants picked up a first round talent in the third round.(Mario Manningham) They also got very good value out of their first rounder, Kenny Phillips. Whereas, Dallas didnt get good value picking Felix at number 22...Felix Jones isnt a first round talent on most teams draft boards. THey may have been able to pick him up in the second round if the Titans decided to pass on him.

Remember these are just my opinions. if you think the Cowgirls had a better draft thats fine, but I dont think they did....only time will tell. I honestly wish both the Giants and Cowboys had bombed in the draft, but unfortunately they both had good drafts.

Congrats on gettin Brohm and Flynn by the way, one QB with great talent and another who fits the West Coast very good. Jury is still out on Jordy Nelson though.

When you think about it though, he may have been the best fit. The Pack already has a deep threat: Gerg Jennings, a strong route runner and possesion receiver: Donald Driver, and the tweener: James Jones. So the only thing missing is the red zone threat. At 6'3" 217 and strong as a bull, Jordy can be a Joe Jurevicious type red zone threat plus he is versatile enough to fill other roles when called upon. I just don't know if picking him in the second round was worth it. ESpecailly when he may harldy ever get on the field. IDK, maybe one of GB's top three receivers contract is coming up and they want him for insurance.

I forgot all about Ruvell, he was really effective there for a good stretch of games last year.
