I became a fan in 1984 when Marcus Allen led us to victory in the Superbowl. In the 90s was when I became a die hard fan and really started following them. Along with Allen, my heros include Howie Long, Bo Jackson, Greg Townsend, Tim Brown, Chester McGlockton, Terry McDaniel, Darrell Russell, Greg Biekert, Rob Fredrickson, Steve Wisnewski, Barrett Robbins, Rocket Ismail, James Jett, Eddie Anderson, and Charles Woodson. I really enjoy researching Raider History.

I find it amazing that you became a fan at the begining of our lowest point in franchise history. I welcome you to the RaiderNation. You too along with the rest of our Raider Brothers and Sisters are currently witnessing our attempt at escaping our own Blackhole.

I've been a fan ever since Bo Jackson came around. When his career ended, Tim Brown became my favorite player. I find it coencidental that my b-day is 3/4/81 and that is their numbers. I really don't have a favorite player currently but I normally chose them based on how well they make a difference on the team and after the way Michael Bush carried us in the last game of the season, I think he has a shot at being that. I've been impressed with Johnnie Lee Higgins, Chaz Schilens, and Darren McFadden too.
