The Following is a list of players who I personally believe have, at some point or another in their career used performance enhancing substances. Mind that this is total speculation and there is no proof whatsoever, and no offense is meant by this... Alot of my suspects are based on major drop-offs in performance/chronic injuries which would indicate that maybe they have stopped using roids. Ranks out of five indicate my suspicion level.
