Well, now that I've got your attention, let me orate my reflection on the Panthers. The first thought that my mind bears when I get word of the David Carr signing is: good move. With the realese of Chris Wienke and now no expierienced backup, Carr provides a security blanket to fans, coaches, and the ragin' cajun. I hope the coaching staff has not leapt to implanting Delhomme into the starting job with not an afterthought of a QB battle in the prelude of the season, as is word on the street. Carr is plenty tall, and with a stable line shielding should be able to pass it…
