Lights out Lidge has turned into Lit Up Lidge. With an ERA over 8.00, and the new propensity for giving up runs, how much longer can the Phillies afford to keep him in the closer's role. Now that the draft is over and the first mini camp has taken place, it's time for the Eagles to start purging themselves of players they no longer need. This will stop the team from wasting time on players that will not make the roster come training camp, allow them to focus on and prepare the new arrivals for the upcoming season.
