    The current 20-game winning streak by the Houston Rockets is impressive.  In a very competitave Western Conference they have resurrected their season partially without the help of Yao Ming.  The problem is, in the past 20 games, they haven't played against the competitave Western Conference.    Yao had 36 points and 19 rebounds to start off the streak with a win against Golden State.  Tracy McGrady scored 34 and 41 in two wins against New Orleans.  Those are the only three games the Rockets have played during the winning streak against…
