       It hasn't even been a week since Jerry Jones handed Terrell Owens a three year extension, and Owens is making headlines again. This Weeks T.O. news has brought us a report that has Owens being placed on the leagues "resonable cause" program for missing phone calls from the league to set up a drug test. Even though Owens had a "Plausible" explanation for missing the phone calls, he now can be tested up to 24 times annually for performance enhancing drugs.     Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys are gearing up for another Super Bowl run once again, and as always, not all the pieces are falling into place. This time it's WR Terry Glenn. Glenn has reportedly been asked to sign an injury settelment that would take affect if he re-injures his right knee. The settelment would pay out $500,000 to Glenn instead of his $1.74 million base contract if he is unable to play.
