Here are my last two great NASCAR retaliations and I will try to post videos below. One was when Elliot Saddler threw his helmet at Ryan Newman's car in 2002. The other was when Tony Stewart tried to climb in another racers car after they wrecked him (having trouble trying the figure out when and who it was so I can't find a video.) We talk about NASCAR's lack of character, and it is hard to find moments like this in the last 5 years. It used to happen all the time!

NASCAR or Football?

It seems like some of us our duel fans (myself included) so do you watch the game and flip to the race on commercials or watch the race and flip to the game on commercials? Personally I feel like the NFL delivers a better product and doesn't waste my time with pregame shows that last for what seems like hours or has a bunch of fluff like NASCAR does. Football has changed a lot since it's beginnings, but I don't feel like it's strayed as much as NASCAR. In my short lifetime I have seen a big change in NASCAR, and most of it isn't for the better. Since we were talking about football so much last night and there isn't another race for 2 weeks, I figured I'd see how everyone is liking Preseason.Farve is making his return, the Steelers are looking for their first string QB while Big Ben is out, and the Jets are loaded so there is a lot taking shape.I also like pre-season because you know the players are giving 100%. This is the chance for some of those late rounders, undrafted players, and picked up free agents to show what they have and it may be their only shot (unless they give the new UFL a shot).
