Chone Figgins != Holliday/Bay

People are saying that Chone Figgins is in the same sentence of Holliday, Bay and Lackey. Lackey's not in the same sentence of Holliday and Bay.
 
Both Holliday and Bay have put up 150+ OPS+ seasons. Well, I suppose Lackey has had a 150+ ERA+ season. The real difference is that Holliday and Bay are averaging about 130 OPS+ over their careers. And Lackey's averaging a 117. And Figgins is averaging 99. Which is not very good at all especially since he thinks he can run fast and steal bases but he really can't.
