The Memphis Tigers are currently the best team in college basketball. They have a new offense that Coach Calipari has employed and are looking great. The Tigers recently won the preseason NIT over UConn. Derrick Rose is the best freshman in the land. OJ Mayo doesn't even compare. Chris Douglas-Roberts showed people that he can put points on the board quite easily. And, of course, Joey Dorsey is the man down low that everyone turns to. Memphis will be dancing deep into March this year for sure.

That's what lost the game for them. Situation No. 1: Up 112-109 with 15 seconds left. Pietrus goes to the line and misses both. AK47 comes down to the other end and makes a very long 2-pointer. Score is 112-111. Situation No. 2: Still up 112-111 with their Mr. Clutch on the line, Baron Davis. He makes the first. Then misses the second. 113-111. Timeout Utah. The Jazz come out of the timeout and Deron Williams gets a very, very easy two in the middle of the lane to tie the game at 113 and send it into overtime.In overtime, Golden State was awful eventually losing…

People are talking about the so-called Finals with the Suns and Spurs. People are talking about the Pistons somehow making the Bulls look ridiculous in the first 2 games of the series. But no one's talking about the New Jersey Nets and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Why?'''''
