I'm a huge sports fan, obviously. I love the Dallas area teams: Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Stars. My favorite sport is baseball. My favorite player has to be "Captain America" Eric Byrnes. No one runs into walls harder.

With players like Jason Marquis getting $21 million over 3 years from the Cubs and Gil Meche getting $55 million from the Royals, what is a pitcher like Barry Zito worth? What is he worth to the Rangers is the more important question.His agent, Rangers nemesis Scott Boras, is comparing him to Tom Glavine and Greg Maddux. I'm off of work today, so I'll see what you think about some opinions I have about some sports news I've come across recently.-Tony Romo is now a Pro Bowl quarterback. I'm torn on this one. Even as a Cowboys fan, I never felt like he was going to be the answer. I though everyone was building up a QB that would fall mightily. But, he has proven me wrong.
