It wasn't a 100% satisfying victory over Notre Dame on saturday, but Penn State exacted its revenge on the "genius" Charlie Weis with a 31-10 win in front of a white-clad 110,000 at Beaver Stadium. Here we are on the eve of the 2007 Penn State Football season, and as such, it is time for my predictions.The general talk from the pundits about the Big Ten centers around Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio State.
