I STARTED LIFE AS A GIANTS FAN (ALONG WITH THE BROOKLYN DODGERS.) I WENT TO COLLEGE AT VINCE LOMBARDI'S ALMA MATER AND GRADUALLY BECAME A PACKERS FAN. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN HOOKED. SUPER BOWLS I AND II DIDN'T HURT. WE DROVE OUT TO TRAINING CAMP IN '97 AND VISITED GREEN BAY ONCE WHILE IN THE SERVICE IN '74.

A tough loss for the Pack

This was a real heart-breaker of a game.  After being blown away on Monday night, I thought we would see the Pack play well in all aspects.  The first quarter was like seeing the fifth quarter of the New Orleans game.  But then we had hope.  And the second quarter showed us the talent on this team.  All for nought.Rodgers looked good through the game after a slow start.  The interception at the end hurt a lot, but we have to remember he is a first year QB.  They showed interesting stats during the game listing Rodgers as the leading rookie QB. …

I couldn't see this game

I wasn't able to see this game, but I heard a lot of it on Sirius.  The first half sounded competitive and then it was all downhill.Three interceptions, no defense, no special teams, and another terrible punting day.All I can hope for is that this was one big dope-slap for the team before the Panthers come to town. Go Pack Go, please!

It all starts with the offensive line.  On Sunday in Lambeau they did a fantastic job.  Great run blocking to allow Ryan Grant to get to the second and third levels of defenders for 145 yards and a TD.  Poor tackling by Chicago or great moves by Grant made for a beautiful exhibit of running.  And the pass defense was impeccable.  I don't think Rodgers was knocked down, no less sacked.  What a difference from the last few games.  When he has time to sit back and find receivers, watch out.The defense did another great job of pass coverage, especially with…
