I prepared from approximately the middle of January until my drafts (7) in late March. Six of the teams I drafted are doing better than average. I read websites, blogs, magazines, entered countless mock drafts (mockdraftcentral.com), and listened to various radio and television projections. Did I over prepare? How much time do you spend on preparing for your various fantasy seasons?

UM-MSU Coaching Snubs?

I watched closely as Michigan and Michigan State selected their latest major sports coaches. First, Michigan State. Last fall when John L was dismissed, there was this coach at a school in Mount Pleasant that wasn't even (so the buzz goes) interviewed seriously for the head football coach. This coach had had previous success at Grand Valley State (division II or III, I don't know) University. I think he coached them to a national championship! Then he takes a beleaguered program at Central Michigan and, behind a freshman QB takes them to the MAC Championship! What was wrong with these…
