After debating with coworkers about whether to include the boss in the office Superbowl pool - they insisted that even though it's for chump change ($5 for 2 squares) it's illegal gambling, and he'd be liable despite no reference to office pools in any codes of conduct in our company, I turned to the trusty Inter-Web for hints. I posted this comment in reply to this good commentary on Tank Johnson's recent troubles with the law. (I repeated it elsewhere as well).Granted - Johnson has shown himself to be little other than the stereotypical dumb impressionable jock at best, a complete moron at worst.But let's face it. Illinois's stupid gun laws may have gotten Posey killed.
