I am a Buckeye, I live on campus, my parents were buckeyes. But more so, I am a fan of College Football. I love the sport, the tradition, the desire, and above allthe passion of the fans. I would be willing to sacrifice my bias and love for OSU for the sake of the sport. So, although all my opinions will be slightly biased, I will try and act like an outside viewer. So please, no Big Ten or OSU lover name calling necessary, I am aware of how good or bad my team is, believe me, I live here.

I was talking with a friend of mine and he said that there would be no way for every team in Div. 1 A football to play in a conference that would not only have a conference championship, but also made sense geographically. So, I sat down and took the challenge. Bellow is the result. There are 10 conferences of 12 teams each. Every team except for Army and Navy are members of a conference as well as four teams from Div. 1 AA (Delaware, App St, UMass, and North Dakota St). The SEC and Big 12 remained exactly the same, but there is a bit of a shakeup in the rest???

I must say that I am dumbfounded and shocked at the treatment of college football players. As I walked back to my hotel from the Superdome, my friends and I sang OSU fight songs, not to be antagonizing, but to show fellow supporters of how proud we are of our fellow classmates and the effort they put forward this season. We were met by jeers, insults, and were cursed many times by LSU fans. I know not all LSU fans are like that for I met many I liked very much, but when we would explain our actions, we were still met with the same animosity.
