Hi, my name is Matt and I am an avid sports FREAK! I am a hometown boy and pull for the iggles, Phillies, flyers, and sixers. I would die for Michigan football and Mike Hart (best back in nation). The Marquette Golden Eagles are my favorite college b-ball team with Dominic James leading Wes Matthews and Jerel McNeal and the rest of the eagles towards an amazing season. I am also a huge fan of Marshawn Lynch (best rookie back) and Tom Brady (better than Eli's older brother). Never mention Ohio State or the Cowboys, both suck!

Pittsburgh vs. Baltimore, Monday night. Should be a great defensive battle in the rain and up in cold Pittsburgh. Instead the Steelers PASS the football all over the Ravens. Now granted both of the Raven's starting corners were out which was definetly noticable but come on. The Raven's blitzers could tackle Big Ben. That is pacathic! This is the NFL and Big Ben is not LT or Devin Hester. My fantasy team came into the game with a twenty eight point lead after another fine game by Tom Brady and Wes Welker and a suprise burst from Marshawn Lynch. My opponent has the Steeler's Defense…

Tough Choice

Tough decisions this week for my fantasy team. Should I drop Cedric Benson for David Grant. Grant is now the featured back in Green Bay but can the Packers really run the football. Benson gets the carries but is not producing. His team is also dead in the water and has almost no passing game. The Packers are contenders and need to establise a running game in order to win against quality opponents. Another choice is what to do about my kicker. Nate Kaeding has been horrible and Olindo Mare is just as bad. Do I drop Kaeding or Mare and pick someone else up? Ryan Longwell and Lawrence Tynes are…

Up by two points coming into Monday Night's game and my opponent having both Travis Henry and Deshawn Wynn playing I thought my reign as #1 in the league was over. But no! Henry doesn't even play and Wynn goes down on the first play of the game. Amazing, truly amazing. That win puts me at 6-2 and in the driver's seat to win the division. Still can't believe I won. Now on to next week. Problem is that both Brandon Jacobs and Cedric Benson have a bye and there are no solid running backs in free agency to take their place on my roster.
