Timberwolves PBO David Kahn wanted to make a splash in his first draft as boss of the Wolves. If that was his goal, give him an "A" for reaching it. As everyone knows by now, Kahn drafted point guards with both the 5th and 6th picks, and, two weeks later, hasn't traded either of them.

With the NBA draft about two weeks away, it's time for Timberwolves Talk to unveil it's draft board!
Note: This board doesn't include Blake Griffin and Ricky Rubio, who (barring an unforeseen trade) the Wolves have no shot at. With an unpredictable draft, everyone else in the player pool seems to be at least somewhat in play for the Wolves. (Griffin and Rubio would be 1 and 2 respectively if they were included, FYI.)

In my last post, I made the case for Stephen Curry at six. The Wolves also own the 18th pick in the draft. And if we don't package it in a trade for a veteran, I think we have a chance to get a good contributor there.
