In the court of public opinion, Roger Clemens is guilty of using steroids and/or HGH. In official government courts, nothing has been proved. McNamee claims to have needles with remnants of steroids and Clemens's blood in the syringe, but these are anything but concrete.
Many people believe he's guilty, and this got me thinking: What do I think about all this? My first thought is, "Yes, he's guilty.", but why do I think that? A lot of analysts think he's lying, and the Andy Pettite testimony doesn't help his case either. I'm afraid that maybe I think…

Kobe Bryant Elbow: Worth a Suspension?

I'm sure anybody who follows sports knows about what happened in Game 2 of the Lakers/Rockets series between Kobe Bryant and Ron Artest, and the elbow.
My immediate gut reaction is: Oh, elbow to throat, that must mean suspension. And I think back to the Magic series against the Sixers where Dwight Howard got suspended for elbowing Samuel Dalembert in the head. Thinking along those lines, shouldn't Kobe Bryant be suspended, too? Isn't it only fair to suspend Bryant?

Orlando Magic: Championship Contender?

This season, the Orlando Magic are not championship contenders. As a team that relies on the 3 point shot, they will struggle against the better teams in the playoffs that come with better defenses.
