Every year we all see the same exact things. So and so will win the super bowl or the NFC South or the MVP and every year we all get to laugh at these so called "subject matter experts" make themselves look ridiculous. Now I understand that the season is VERY young but let's just look at the Chicago Bears. I'm not even a Bears fan but I clearly can see that the pundits got blindsided by the Bears' performance against the lethargic Colts. Fantasticfavre: What is the latest beat of the Crimson Tide fans these days after the ULM and Miss State Games ? I still can't believe ULM could have any shot at beating Alabama. I think yall are a little too impatient and expecting far to much for Saban to deliver. The old days of the Bear are not here anymore as the SEC is too tough for anyone to rule alone. Just look at teams like Miss State, Vanderbuilt, and South Carolina etc. Saban will build Bama into a contender within the next 3 years, but he needs to get them playing his way first. He succeeded at LSU because things were already in place as Gerry Dinardo left him a pretty good team to build with. Saban did a great job of recruiting and building on what LSU had, and like Alabama, LSU has always had decent talent as the State Kids want to come here. We are happy with Miles and what he has done and Bama needs to be happy with Saban since you will pay him 32 Million in the next 8 years.
