Just curious as to why Oklahoma and A&M don't  give scholarships to athletes that can compete in the classroom? Texas, Tech and Nebraska are the top winners in this catagory! College football needs tighter no pass no play rules that would help attain atheletic parity with all schools. No wonder a lot of the top scholarship players end up in trouble with the law, not smart enough to get priorities in order.
