When the Houston Oliers drafted Steve McNair, I was a fan. I was still a fan, even after the Oilers transformed into the Tennessee Titans and moved away.I don't know of any words I can say here that would offer comfort to the family, friends, and many team mates of Steve's, but I can try. I enjoyed watching him play every week, and although I am a Cowboys fan, we usually got to watch both teams play each week anyway. After the way last season ended, and our 'Boys got put out to pasture........again....I am of the mind that the drought will come to an end this year. Yes, there are still holes to fill, and people to step up, but I am confident these will happen. Will this translate into a SB appearance? I'm not going that far out on a limb, but it's possible.

The Steelers of last year weren't as talented as Steeler teams of the past, but they played together and hung in there and they have a damn good coach, not to mention the owner. The fans are tremendous in their support of their favorite blue collar…

Don Banks wrote an interesting article the other day, and although someone else has already made a blog and commented on it, I decided I would as well and toss in my 2 cents. I have read comment after comment on several teams Fannation sites, about people such as Donte Stallworth, Plaxico Burress, Brandon Marshall, Matt Jones, and others, and the comments vary widely. Some say they should get a "second chance", while others believe they're getting what they deserve, or should get more, depending on who you're talking to, and who it is about.What I am going to say is from things I've read here…

I have never been derogatory to any team, my friend...least of all your Browns.... show me where I have insulted anyone, or your team. Why would I lead you or anyone "astray"? Astray from what? I enjoy the GAME itself and if there was NO other team other than the Browns, pray tell, who would they compete with? I go to several other teams sites and talk with other fans...........note that I said "talk" not bash. I will continue using the name I chose, regardless of whether you or anyone else likes it or not. Are you serious read any post and tell me they are not derogatory. Regarding favorite teams it is quite obvious by just looking at "You or favorite teams or did you forget about that. Fix the stupid name and don't make stupid comments that lead other people astray. Why would anyone want to comment on a team that is not their favorite, unless...... they want to leave negative comments on teams they don't like. Find somewhere else!!
