The Yankees have recently made some moves to push themselves into the playoffs.  I believe that they could do it.  With Jorge Posada out for the season they traded Kyle Farnsworth for Ivan Rodriguez.  Pudge is batting close to .300 which is clearly an upgrade from Jose Molina.  Molina is also a capable back up who is one of the premier defensive catchers in the game along with Ivan.  As for Farnsworth, he was having his best season as a Yankee.  He will not be as missed as people think.  Brian Bruney was just activated and was having a great season before he…

I am very disappointed to find out that Sen. Mitchell has said that Andy Pettitte has used steroids.  I hope that he has got his facts mixed up and it isn't true but I don't think that will happen.  Now Pettitte might be suspended and he might not have a future with the Yankees.  Clemens is another name tarnished.  He has accomplished so much in his career but now he gave it up for a few more years of baseball.  The Yankees dynasty of the late 90's has also come into question.  It is a sad thing when someone thinks they have to cheat to…
