I've seen a few of these on this site and others.  I'll add my own personal list.  I try to look at more then just last season.  I try to take into account the last few years to try and eliminate one year anomolies.  I also included only players I thought would be starting QBs.  It makes it easier this way regardless since I won't have to project how good a pro Russell or Quinn will actually be. 1P.
