For some reason or another, the San Diego Chargers find ways to lose. Turnovers, penalties, uncharacteristically bad play from usually reliable players. Not just this year, which has the Bolts at 4-4 and riding a three game losing streak, but every year. But what has everyone in the football nation scratching their heads is this year's main source for the trouble - the normally terrific Philip Rivers.
