after 2 times that chip spurned the nfl, the owners will not let him get another chance at coaching in the big league.Maybe chip will learn that the way to get a pay raise is not to go out and interview and wait for the almighty phil knight to come riding in on his nike horse to roll out top cash for his beloved coach.or maybe that is just a great blue print to get what he wants out of a payday.it work twice already, and now with the rumblings of the ncaa sanctions looming in his near future maybe he is playing like a good soldier and going back to oregon and take his penalty like a man…
