If I hear of anymore talk about how David Ortiz should be the AL MVP I'm going to drive to Boston and shave off his gay little beard. David Ortiz is a Home Run machine. But that's it. That's all he can do. He doesn't even play defense. The title is Most Valuable Player, not Home Run King. There's already a title for that. To be the Most VALUABLE Player you have to be valuable on both sides of the ball. Lots of people hit Home Runs, but not everyone can do it and turn double plays all day long. No DH should ever be considered for MVP. That's like me becoming President…
