These guys are crazy! They have the worst job in sports - OK, in reality it's the 2nd worst job. The worst job would be the NFL team plumbers who need to fix the toilets continally being blocked by 350 pound offensive linemen, but anyways. Firstly, they get underpaid relative to all other positions. Secondly, they have the shortest careers due to injuries and wear and tear on their bodies. Thirdly, they endure incredible punichment as battering rams trying to get past the D-line, which has men big enough to crush you, then having to contend with linebackers like Ray Lewis and Urlacher…
