I am a fan of only one sport and only one team. Love the Steelers. Couldn't care less about basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, etc...Don't care about college football. No player exists unless they are on the Steelers or are lined up opposite a Steelers' player that Sunday. Um, yeah, did I mention I was a Steelers fan?

  NFL football is extremely popular in the Army, but like most things, the military way is different than the civilian way.  Here is a list of why watching the Super Bowl in a combat zone is not the same as back home. 1) Getting to watch it is not guaranteed. You very easy could find yourself in a location that has no satellite TV link.2) Getting to watch the game live is not guaranteed. The 2007 Steelers under first year head coach Mike Tomlin finished 10-6 and won the division. What should be the goal for the 2008 season? Obviously winning the Super Bowl is the ultimate goal, but short of that, what would be considered a successful season? Here are some options: 1) Make it to the playoffs. You have to make the tournament or the season was a bust. 2) Winning the AFC North. Continue the domination of the division. 3) Win a playoff game.
