man. the difference in mentality from shannon brown to trevor ariza really is amazing to me. both came to the lakers as unproven players who hadn't yet established their place in this league. granted ariza has proven himself over a much longer span than brown, i still find it odd that he was so "insulted" by the lakers offer of... what? $5.6 mil? Now i don't know how the conversation went exactly, but i'd have to feel pretty accomplished and entitled to be offended by that kind of offer, only to leave my home town for slightly more pay. i loved him as a player, but have trouble "missing" a guy…
