In the NBA this is a week of insanity, when the dumbest trades & picks are made and we as fans are supposed to understand (Elton Brand for Tyson Chandler), and not beat our heads against the wall.The Bulls are not a team with a great draft history, sure they got Micheal and recently they have been decent but for the most part when they had important picks and has to make serious moves, they didn't.I realize this is the Paxon era and so far so good, but there's a lot of stupidity floating out in draftland and I hope the Bulls can first remember what their needs are (a really solid…
