the cubs have a chance to be a contender if their bullpen gets righted. they have the offense, the starting pitching, and the resources to add an impact player at the deadline if need be. i think they should package an outfielder and either a mlb reliever or a prospect for a lefty reliever, as both Cotts and Eyre continue to be batting practice for batters, especially lefties. we have a lot of lefty sluggers in our division( Edmonds, fielder, dunn etc...) and we need a lefty reliver to get those key outs. we should move marshall into the pen and trade for a starter, if it comes to that. we…
