TRUE-STAR's NCAA College Football Playoffs!

This is based off of the system that i developed and incorporated myself. This is an actual 16 Team playoff that is determined the following way. The Top 5 Teams (for this first year i will use BCS standings before the Conference Championships). The other remaining 11 Teams are determined by game between the best 2 school from each conference. (This year if the two teams already played, i chose the winner of that game).
