First off, I apologize for not posting recently, I have been pretty busy with school starting up again.Anyways... Everybody has been ripping the Jets apart after their humiliating loss to the Chargers.  But I say, why?  The so called "analysts" expected the Jets to go 1-2 in their first 3.  That was expected.  We're not even 1/4 of the way into the season!  The season isnt made or broken in the first 3 games.  The Jets also have a very favorable schedule for the rest of the season:ArizonaCincinattiOaklandKCBuffalo x2St LouisNew…

Brady Done

Word came out today that Tom Brady's knee injury suffered during the 1st quarter of yesterdays 17-10 win over the Cheifs will require season ending surgery.  Jets fans around the world rejoiced. On a more serious note, What does this mean for the Jets?  Well, for the first part, they won't have to deal with Brady in the 2 games that they play them, which is always a plus.  As much as you dislike the man, you have to respect his talent on the football field.  But the more residual effect of the injury is that the Jets chances of winning the division just went up…

Captain Favre

Word just came out that Favre has been named an offensive captain for the Jets this year.  This is both surprising and reassuring to me.  On one hand, Favre has been with the team for less than a month, which is a ridiculously short amount of time, even for someone as great of a leader as Brett is.  On the other hand, Favre already being voted captain shows how quickly he has gained the respect of his teammates, which means that he has grasped the new system well and fit in with his new teammates.Another thing to consider is that Favre being voted captain might mean that…
