I keep hearing how the Suns "lost" the series against the Spurs.  Everybody cites games 1,2, and 5 as games that the Suns blew because of mental mistakes and defensive lapses.  But let me clue all these people in to an apparently little known fact: The Suns have been doing that all year long (post-Shaq trade).  A lapse is defined as " temporary deviation or fall especially from a higher to a lower state."  Thus, one requirement of a lapse is that it be a deviation from the norm.  In this case, the norm was NOT clutch offensive execution or…

After much thinking, I have come to my stance on the issue of Barry Bonds and the HOF. I believe that it would be irresponsible for the HOF to keep him out. I also believe that any reference to the steroids "era" would set a precendent that the HOF could not reverse. The HOF, for the good of the game, must allow him in. And they must do so without any attempts at bringing up the circumstances which he entered under.The HOF has a responsibility.
