Williams has acquired with a 6th round draft pick in 2004. A couple of years later, the Packers have turned him into a 2nd round pick after a couple of years out of him. Consider: The Packers have Justin Harrell, Colin Cole, Johnny Jolly, and Ryan Pickett. They didn't really need another DT, no matter how good he was. Bubba Franks is no longer a Packer. This passed pretty much without anyone really noticing or caring, and that's understandable.Franks sharply declined, starting in 2005.
