Recently ive felt theres been something missing in sports, i watch everything from basketball to tennis and and yet lately i find myself thinking about past times instead of getting excited about the recent times in sports.In my opinion the 2001-2004 seasons in sports were the best in the past 20 years. There were 4 dynastys all going on at the same time the lakers,yankees,patriots and womens connecticut basketball team. Kobe bryant is the league mvp this year, not only has he carried his team to new heights but he has taken over in the end of games to lead his team to victories. Currently he has the 2nd most pts in the 4th quarter for the year and yesterday led he team to a victory in overtime over the new look mavs scoring 52pts. In the past his mvp canidacy was shot down due to his teams level of play compared to the elite teams in the west such as San Antonio and Phoenix and lost out on the mvp to Steve Nash and Tim Duncan.
