Hi, I'm Lucas. It's pointless to say that I'm a huge sports fan, because that's what this site is full of. I'm a fan of the Syracuse Orange, the Eagles, the Nuggets, and the Mets. I'm not a big throwdowner, but if I have a good idea for one or if someone else does, I willing to do one.

I said at the beginning of Syracuse's season, "We better not finish off the same way as last year."  Well, it seems like the Orange is headed in the same path, unless they can scarf a few wins at home in the rest of their Big East schedule.  After tonight's 89-78 loss to USF, the Big East's worst team, SU will play Georgetown in the Dome on Saturday.  I was at the G-town game in Syracuse last year, and it was one of the most exciting games I've ever watched as a Syracuse fan.If we could pull Gerry McNamara out of his struggles to find a home in…

After reading this article on ESPN.com(http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3151479), there's almost no point in watching George Mitchell's press conference on Thursday in which he will tell us the results of his 20-month investigation on steroid use in baseball.Here's why:1)  We know what it's all about(drug use), and most of us won't know the names of at least half of the players.  At least we shouldn't know their names, because the players that need the help of performance enhancing drugs are the players who are shadowed by superstars.  Not that…
